By accessing the Pay Now feature you authorize Lemieux Law Offices using PayPal services to charge your credit card for payment of your account.  In the event Lemieux Law Offices is unable to secure funds from your credit card for this transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in your credit card account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by you when you submit your electronic payment through PayPal, further collection action may be undertaken by Lemieux Law Offices including application of fees to the extent permitted by law.
